We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your booking with us. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Full Refund: If you cancel your reservation at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date, you will be eligible for a full refund of the booking amount.
Half Price Refund: If you cancel your reservation within 14 days but more than 3 days before the scheduled date, you will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the booking amount.
Credit Transfer: In case you need to reschedule your booking, we offer the option to transfer the full booking amount as a credit towards a future reservation. This credit transfer is available up to 3 days before the scheduled date.
No Refund: Unfortunately, no refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled date. We highly recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you anticipate any changes to your reservation.

The cancellation/refund eligibility will be determined based on the date and time the cancellation request is received.
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used during the initial booking. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be credited back to your account.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or severe weather conditions that result in the cancellation of our services, we will work with you to either reschedule your booking or provide a full refund.

Air Quality and Outdoor Instruction Policy
At The Community Boating Program, we are committed to providing a safe and healthy learning environment for all our students. Recognizing the significant impact of air quality on individual health and well-being, we have established a policy to address air quality-related concerns that may affect our on-the-water instruction. We closely monitor air quality conditions using the Department of Ecology's website (https://enviwa.ecology.wa.gov/home/map) as a reliable source of information. If the air quality index falls into the Unhealthy range, indicating potential health risks, we prioritize the well-being of our students, instructors, and staff. In such cases, we will cancel outdoor instructional sessions to prevent any adverse health effects. Our primary objective is to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment. We will make every possible effort to reschedule the impacted classes, accommodating all registered students to ensure they receive the full instructional experience they signed up for. Through this policy, we aim to maintain the highest standards of safety and education while addressing the dynamic nature of air quality conditions.
